Special events in support of The Alex
Malbec World Day
Friday April 20 7-9 pm
Willow Park Wine and Spirits
Use the promo code MALBECDAY to get $10 off AND support The Alex CFC
The theme of this year’s Malbec World Day is “you know me, and you don’t.” Argentina’s flagship grape has a reputation as a food-friendly crowd pleaser, but you’ll be surprised by how varied the wines made from Malbec can be. And when Malbec is part of the “ensemble cast” of a blended wine, the results are even more impressive. Join us in Calgary as we reveal some of Malbec’s closely kept secrets. The event will feature a selection of Argentinean wines paired with savoury bites.
